Tech companies are cool. Tech companies that care about people and make people-happiness a priority are even cooler. Tech companies that care, and allow employees flexibility in working remotely…cake AND ice cream. ‘nough said.
I’m compiling a list of companies I think are cool that, at the time I added them to this list, had remote jobs where people can work from home, and fit my criteria for a cool, people friendly company. I’ll add/delete as I feel warranted. Hey, it’s my list!

Working from home is not the best fit for every workplace and not every CEO has the skills to lead a team in being successful in working from home. So I really admire and hope to learn from those leaders who are successful in building virtual teams. Heck, I admire virtual teams so much, I’m doing my dissertation on it!
